MinTech 2026 in Ust-Kamenogorsk: the exhibition expands its practical participation format

In the run-up to MinTech 2026, which will take place on 20–22 May 2026 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, work is continuing not only on the exhibition itself, but also on shaping a practical business programme for participants and exhibitors.

One of the key areas of preparation has been a series of working meetings with industrial enterprises of the East Kazakhstan Region. Their purpose is to establish direct interaction between regional manufacturing companies and the technology suppliers that will be represented at the exhibition.

As part of the preparations, the exhibition director held a number of meetings with representatives of the region’s leading enterprises.

Following a meeting with Viktor Petrovich Gerashchenko, Head of the Planning and перспективive Development Department at Ust-Kamenogorsk HPP LLP, an agreement was reached for exhibitors to visit the enterprise on the third day of the exhibition. In addition, HPP employees are planning to visit the MinTech 2026 venue.

Following a meeting with Vladimir Viktorovich Aksyonov, General Director of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Capacitor Plant, agreements were made regarding a visit by exhibitors to the enterprise, as well as attendance at the exhibition by the plant’s representatives.

In addition, a meeting was held with Doszhan Zhuassov, Director of Mashzavod. At this stage, participation in the exhibition by representatives of the enterprise has been confirmed.

Thus, MinTech 2026 is developing not only as an exhibition platform, but also as a practical format for professional interaction that includes a business tour to regional enterprises. This will give participants an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the industrial potential of the East Kazakhstan Region, see real production processes, establish direct contact with enterprises, and discuss current challenges on site.

The practical value of MinTech lies in its focus on the specific needs of the industrial sector. Over two days, specialists and enterprises will be able to explore solutions for modernization, repair, and improved production efficiency. Instead of spending time on a lengthy search for suppliers, key technologies and offers will be brought together on one platform.

The exhibition will feature companies offering solutions tailored to the real needs of industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan and the East Kazakhstan Region. These are suppliers who understand the specifics of production and offer practical technologies applicable to operating enterprises.

Visitors to MinTech 2026 will be able to receive technical consultations directly at the stands from specialists and manufacturers, discuss current production challenges, and consider specific ways to address them. This format is especially relevant for enterprises focused on modernization, equipment repair, higher operational efficiency, and the introduction of new technologies.
